GPS Data Logger Software - BT747

Hello Friends,,

I want to find  BT747 connected PORT name and device ID using Command Line Interface.

currently my device connected on COM4 PORT. but it's vary every day.eg. COM1 to COM6.

But I want show Connected Port Name in My UI.

My question is how to get PORT name Other info related connected PORT

Please Help me.
