I, too, recently acquired a i-Blue 860E and have been successful using it with BT747.  Here are a few particulars:

BT747 V2.0.3 (15.05.2011)

OS X 10.6.8

java version "1.6.0_29"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_29-b11-402-10M3527)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.4-b02-402, mixed mode)

With respect to the "Log by ..." parameters, I am finding that Time cannot be modified from anything other than 30 seconds, but Speed and Distance are changeable and "sticky".

The only other issue I have seen is that clicking the Disconnect button causes a BT747 to crash every time (as does) just turning off or unplugging the 860E.

It took me a while to figure out that the 860E was found at /dev/tty.usbmodemfd510 rather than some of the other port specifiers mentioned in these forums.

Hi Thank you for the

Hi

Thank you for the feedback.  On OSX, the native driver is not 'stable' causing BT747 to crash on disconnect.

I added the port that you mention to the development version so it will be available there in the next build (starting from 2.X.1956).

Kind regards
