How can i'm check the status of the AGPS data with the ME for mobil phones?

This was not available in the J2ME version which is why you did not find it.

Following your question, I added an extra screen in 0.3.30 in the AGPS menu.  You'll find a new entry called 'AGPS status'.  Hopefully this meets your expectations.
